Data Processing Agreement

Our DPA is available to all customers processing personal data on Fronterio.

If Fronterio processes personal data on your behalf, GDPR Article 28 requires a written Data Processing Agreement. Our standard DPA incorporates EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for any processing that leaves the EU (such as AI inference with Anthropic).

What the DPA covers

Subject matter and duration of processing, types of personal data, categories of data subjects, the security measures we implement, sub-processor terms, and your rights as controller.

Who needs one

Every organisation that uploads personal data into Fronterio. For solo employees using only the free Adoption Engine, the standard Terms of Service cover our processing.

How to sign

Download the DPA, sign electronically, and send the signed copy to privacy@fronterio.com. We'll countersign within 3 business days.

Already have a signed DPA on file? The latest version automatically supersedes earlier versions upon renewal.
