The 12-month workflow

Here is what the leadership cycle looks like end-to-end:

1. Week 1 — Draft the Canvas. Complete the AI Readiness Assessment (if not already done). Open /dashboard/strategy. Click generate — the AI returns a four-section draft in under 15 seconds, pre-filled from assessment scores, archetype, and company research.
2. Week 2 — Ratify with your exec team. Share the draft for inline edits and comments. When aligned, ratify. The sign-off ledger records each participant’s name, role, and timestamp. The canvas moves from draft to ratified v1.
