Why one tracker for three vendors

Most enterprises don't run on a single AI vendor. The marketing department uses Microsoft Copilot. The engineers use Anthropic Claude. The growth team uses Google Gemini. Finance has its own ChatGPT seats no one tracks. Each vendor gives you a different admin console, a different CSV format, and a different definition of 'active user'.

An admin grants Reports.Read.All to the Fronterio Azure AD app. The first sync pulls 30 days of history and the daily cron takes over from there.

Workspace super admin grants OAuth scopes through Google Cloud Console. Sensitive scopes need verification — 4-6 weeks ahead of go-live.
