Why a live session beats chat
The AI Consultant is brilliant at answering questions, drafting policies, and walking through Implementation Guides. But there are moments where chat hits its limit — board presentations, governance reviews with finance, debugging a custom Agent Studio integration, walking a regulator through your audit log. These need a synchronous human conversation with screen sharing.
Live Sessions live inside the AI Consultant drawer. When the AI detects you need synchronous help, it surfaces a 'Book a Live Session' card alongside the partner consultant's escalation card. One click opens their calendar inside the app. You don't leave Fronterio to schedule.
When the session starts, both parties see the Fronterio dashboard side-by-side. The consultant can highlight, annotate, draw on shared widgets — assessment scores, agent registry rows, compliance obligations. The screen share is platform-native (no third-party Zoom or Teams setup), audio is WebRTC, latency is sub-200ms in EU regions.
Recording is opt-in but encouraged. The recording flows into the org's audit log alongside written consultant transcripts. When you later run a board review and someone asks 'why did we approve this agent?', the answer might be a 90-second clip of your consultant walking through the rationale — much higher fidelity than a written note.
Session output flows into work. If the session was about finalising a Transparency Notice, the AI consultant can take the recording's transcript and turn it into a polished policy document. If it was about drafting a board narrative, the same flow applies. The live session isn't a one-off — it generates artefacts that live in your dashboard.
For partners, Live Sessions are the closest the platform gets to delivering services on Fronterio's behalf. The partner owns the engagement, sets their own rate, gets paid directly outside the platform. Fronterio provides the surface — the calendar, the screen share, the recording, the audit-log capture — and stays out of the booking-and-billing relationship.
