Every customer organisation has a partner. Whether you signed up directly through Fronterio or through a partner like ATEA, the platform tracks who owns the relationship in your organisation record. The Partner Consultant Network exposes that partner's bench of human experts to you — and only that partner's bench. Customers from other partners never see your partner's consultants.

Each partner registers their consultants in the partner admin dashboard with name, photo, bio, specialisations (Manufacturing AI, EU AI Act compliance, Agent Studio architecture, etc.), and calendar link. Profiles surface inside your dashboard whenever escalation is the right call.

The AI Consultant detects when a question crosses the threshold from advice to implementation. Long-running migrations, board presentations, audit walkthroughs, custom integration work — the AI flags these as escalation candidates and surfaces a partner consultant card in the conversation. One click books a call.

Partner consultants can also be embedded inside your organisation as full team members through `partner_consultant_assignments`. Your owner can grant a partner expert seat, scoped role, and revoke it at any time. The consultant sees your dashboards, runs assessments, and configures governance alongside your team — labelled clearly with a {Partner Name} Consultant badge.

All consultant interactions flow through the partner channel. The partner gets attribution credit, the customer keeps the trust relationship, and Fronterio stays out of the booking and billing — calendar and payment happen between you and your partner directly.

For partners, the network is a customer-success multiplier. Partner admin dashboards show which consultants are assigned where, escalation requests pending, and customer engagement signals. The consultant network is the human moat that the AI alone can never replace.
