Strategy workshops, without the two-hour meeting
Five facilitated async templates for your leadership team. Participants drop stickies over days, the AI clusters them into themes, everyone votes, and the AI writes the outcome document with 2-5 commitments that auto-become tasks. The exec team participates over coffee and lunch — no calendars to align.
Templates · debrief, prio, alignment, roadmap, pre-read
Days async · no live meeting required
Slides to write · the AI produces the outcome doc
How it works
Pick a template. Assessment Debrief (3 days) walks the exec team through the readiness score and the top 3 moves. Use-Case Prioritisation (5 days) forces a ranked Top 5. Archetype Alignment (2 days) confirms the platform-assigned archetype or changes it. 12-Month Roadmap Build (7 days) co-designs the quarterly themes. Board Pre-Read (3 days) distils exec context into a one-page pre-read for the board.
Capture phase. Each participant drops stickies in response to 3-4 prompts, at their own pace, over the configured window (1-4 days). No group call. Your COO responds at 8am, your CFO at lunch, the CEO in the evening. Stickies are visible to all participants but votes come later.
Cluster + vote phase. Host closes capture → the AI clusters all stickies into 3-8 themes in ~15 seconds. Each participant gets 3 dots to distribute across themes, over 12-48 hours (template-configured). Vote mid-meeting, mid-flight, wherever. Revision allowed until the vote window closes.
Synthesise + cascade. Host closes the workshop → the AI writes the outcome document (400-600 words, factual) plus 2-5 commitments with owner roles + due hints. Commitments auto-create tasks in `/dashboard/tasks` on close. The team opens the summary page the next morning with concrete actions already on the backlog.

Strategy debates don't have to die in a Slack thread
Without the workshop templates
- Two-hour calendar blocks the whole exec team dreads
- Post-meeting action items that evaporate by Friday
- Loudest voice in the room dominates — quiet execs don't surface
- Notes live in Notion, commitments live in Linear, strategy lives in Docs — three trees
With Async Strategy Workshops
- Participate over coffee, at lunch, on the train — no calendar alignment
- Commitments auto-create tasks on close — backlog, not memory
- Async capture hears from every exec equally — no 'the loudest idea wins'
- Outcome + commitments + tasks live in one tree, in-product
What's in the workshop layer
Five exec templates
Assessment Debrief, Use-Case Prioritisation, Archetype Alignment, 12-Month Roadmap Build, Board Pre-Read. Each with a bespoke facilitator prompt + per-phase capture prompts tuned per template.
Async capture over days
Each template has its own capture window (1-4 days). Participants drop stickies at their own pace. No calendar alignment — the team participates over coffee, at lunch, on the train.
AI clustering
Host closes capture → the AI groups 20-80 stickies into 3-8 themes in ~15 seconds. Cluster prompt is per-template — a use-case workshop clusters by business outcome; a board pre-read clusters by must-say vs cut.
Dot-voting
Every participant gets 3 dots. Distribute across clusters or concentrate on one. Revision allowed until vote closes. Quiet execs get equal airtime — it's a ballot, not a meeting.
AI outcome document
On close, the AI writes the outcome in 400-600 words of factual, forward-looking prose — no buzzwords, no 'any questions'. Plus 2-5 concrete commitments with owner roles + due hints.
Auto-cascade to tasks
Each commitment creates a task in `/dashboard/tasks` automatically. The team opens the summary page the morning after close with concrete actions already on the backlog.
From workshop invite to committed actions in one async week
Pick a template
Assessment Debrief for post-scoring conversations. Use-Case Prio when the backlog passes 15 ideas. Board Pre-Read exactly one week before the board meeting.
Invite participants
Bring the team who needs to be in the room. Pro + Business cap at 10 participants per workshop; Enterprise unlocks unlimited.
Capture + cluster + vote
Async over 1-4 days. Host closes capture when ready → the AI clusters. Participants vote over 12-48 hours. Whole thing runs in the background of normal work.
Close + cascade
Host clicks close. the AI writes the outcome + commitments. Tasks auto-create. Team reviews the doc the next morning.
“Getting six execs in a room for two hours was a 3-week calendar game. Now we run the Assessment Debrief as an async 3-day workshop — my CFO drops stickies on the train, my COO votes at lunch, the AI writes the summary overnight. We skipped the meeting and landed better commitments.”
View on Pro · Host on Business · Unlimited on Enterprise
Everyone on the org can view running workshops on Pro. Business unlocks hosting with up to 10 participants per session. Enterprise unlocks unlimited participants.
