How it works
Start with a ratified Strategy Canvas. The roadmap generator reads your ambition, where-to-play domains, top moves, and 90-day commitments — then builds the next 12 months around them.
the AI writes four quarters in one coherent pass. Per-quarter theme, narrative, 2-4 KPIs, and 3-5 ranked initiatives with owner roles, effort estimates, and expected impact. Sequencing matters — Q2 builds on Q1, so the model thinks about the whole horizon at once.
Tick the initiatives you want to cascade. One click creates matching tasks in `/dashboard/tasks` and use cases in `/dashboard/use-cases`, each back-referenced to the roadmap initiative via `source_roadmap_initiative_id`. Idempotent — already-cascaded initiatives skip.
Ratify when the team agrees. Ratified roadmaps are immutable — regenerate to adjust, which produces a new draft at the next version. Supersession keeps the history; the exec team can always diff this quarter's plan against last quarter's.

Auditable supersession
Ratified roadmaps are immutable. Regenerate produces a new draft. When ratified, it supersedes the prior version — full history preserved.
