How it works
Start with a ratified Strategy Canvas. The roadmap generator reads your ambition, where-to-play domains, top moves, and 90-day commitments, then builds the next 12 months around them.
the AI writes four quarters in one coherent pass. Per-quarter theme, narrative, 2-4 KPIs, and 3-5 ranked roadmap initiatives with owner roles, effort estimates, and expected impact. Sequencing matters. Q2 builds on Q1, so the model thinks about the whole horizon at once.
Tick the roadmap initiatives you want to cascade. One click creates matching tasks in `/dashboard/tasks` and initiatives in `/dashboard/design/use-cases`, each back-referenced to the roadmap initiative via `source_roadmap_initiative_id`. Idempotent: already-cascaded roadmap initiatives skip.
Ratify when the team agrees. Ratified roadmaps are immutable. Regenerate to adjust, which produces a new draft at the next version. Supersession keeps the history; the exec team can always diff this quarter's plan against last quarter's.

Regenerate without losing context
New ratified canvas? Priorities shifted? Regenerate the roadmap and the AI rewrites quarters in the same version shape. Already-cascaded tasks keep their back-references.
Auditable supersession
Ratified roadmaps are immutable. Regenerate produces a new draft. When ratified, it supersedes the prior version, full history preserved.
