Fronterio AI for Microsoft Teams
Fronterio AI brings your organisation's AI transformation into Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 Copilot. It is one of the agents for Microsoft Copilot. Each person sees their own work and can answer questions about how that work runs.
What you can do
- Ask about your organisation's AI initiatives, approved prompts and registered agents.
- See the work, questions and decisions that need you in the My work tab.
- Answer short questions about how your work really runs, in chat or in the Your input tab.
- Search approved prompts from the message box and share one in any chat.
- Take short AI lessons and follow your progress in the Learn tab.
What you need
- An active Fronterio account on your work address, in an organisation that uses Fronterio. Without one, the app explains what it does and shows no organisation data.
- Your Microsoft Teams administrator may need to allow the app for your organisation.
- Using the agent inside Microsoft 365 Copilot requires Microsoft 365 Copilot in your organisation. The Teams features do not.
- The full Fronterio product for leaders and administrators runs in the web browser. Links in the app open it there.
Get started
- In Microsoft Teams, open Apps, search for Fronterio AI and select Add.
- Open the chat with Fronterio AI and type help to see what it can do.
- Open the My work tab. Teams signs you in with your Microsoft account.

AI answers you can check
- Every answer the agent writes is labelled as AI-generated.
- Rate any answer with the thumbs up or thumbs down buttons, and say what was wrong.
- Use Report this answer to flag an answer that is harmful, inappropriate or wrong. A person at Fronterio reviews every report.
- Answers come from your organisation's Fronterio workspace, which Fronterio hosts in the EU.

To get an account, ask your Fronterio administrator to invite you, or request access. For anything else, contact Fronterio support.
